EvntShare

Event photo sharing · One private gallery

Every guest has a camera.
Give every camera the same destination.

EvntShare is a QR code photo-sharing app for parties, company events, group trips and celebrations. Guests add photos and videos without an app or account; hosts get one live gallery and the original files.

The sharing gap

Taking the photo is easy. Getting it back from the room is not.

At a birthday, conference or weekend away, the people inside the event capture what the official camera misses: arrivals, side conversations, table details and the unplanned frame that becomes everyone’s favourite.

Group chats are good for conversation but noisy for hundreds of files. Public hashtags leave out private moments. Shared folders often ask guests to sign into the right account. A short-lived event needs a simpler ritual: scan, choose, add.

The best collection method is the one a guest can understand while they are still enjoying the event.

The guest journey

Nothing new to learn.
Just scan and share.

01

Create one event

Choose a name, date and visual theme. EvntShare prepares the private guest page, QR code and live slideshow.

02

Share one invitation

Print the QR code, send the link or do both. Every route leads to the same collection.

03

Watch every angle arrive

Guests add photos and videos from their phones while the host manages the gallery from one workspace.

What is included

Built for the event.
Quiet everywhere else.

The useful parts of a shared album, without asking every guest to join another platform.

Invitation

A QR code made for the room

Put it on the welcome screen, agenda, table card or follow-up message. The guest link is there for every digital channel.

Reliability

Large selections, handled in batches

Guests can choose many files at once. EvntShare breaks large selections into smaller retryable transfers with visible progress.

Access

Private by default

New events use invitation-only access and private storage instead of publishing the collection to a social feed or search engine.

Live gallery

One living camera roll

Guests can revisit the shared gallery as new moments arrive. Hosts decide whether the guest gallery is visible and can remove items.

Big screen

A slideshow that belongs at the event

Open a clean live view on any venue display and turn participation into something the room can see immediately.

Archive

A complete original-quality download

Download one item or the whole collection from the host workspace when the event is over.

Where it fits

Different rooms.
The same missing photos.

01 · Celebrations

Birthdays and family parties

Keep every generation in one browser-friendly album instead of filling the family chat.

02 · Work

Conferences and company events

Collect attendee perspectives privately and separate the memory-sharing flow from public posting.

03 · Away together

Group trips and retreats

Give every phone one album before the first day disappears into separate camera rolls.

Straight answers

Before you print the QR code.

What is an event photo-sharing app?

It gives a group one dedicated place to contribute and view photos from a specific event. EvntShare opens from a QR code or link and does not require guest accounts.

How does QR code photo sharing work?

The host creates an event and displays its unique QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera, open the private event page, enter a name and choose photos or videos to upload.

Do contributors need the same kind of phone?

No. EvntShare is browser-based rather than tied to one phone ecosystem. Guests use the normal browser and camera roll on their device.

Can the host stop new uploads?

Yes. The host can pause uploads without deleting the guest link or the photos and videos already collected.

What counts as an uploader?

One browser or device counts once for the event, no matter how many files it adds. This avoids requiring an account simply to count participation.

Is EvntShare a subscription?

No. The free event can be upgraded with a one-time payment based on the number of uploading devices and photos or videos the event needs.
